The single family homes at Bradley Place span four blocks of previously unused parking lot, forming a link between two groups of older homes.  The new homes follow the street grid of the neighborhood; Bradley Place is built as a boulevard with new alleys running behind the houses to private two- and three-car garages.

The home lots are intentionally larger than the standard Chicago lot, measuring 33 feet wide by 125 feet deep.  This extra space allows for more gracious floor plans that are easily distinguished from the narrow floor plans of other new homes in the area.

The homes at Bradley Place sold quickly, at relatively high prices.  They successfully met the demand in that area for customization and larger lot size.
